"I placed my order on Sunday and received absolutely no communication from Kiwicorp until Thursday — and that was only after I sent them an email asking for an update. Their website states a shipping timeframe of 2–5 working days, yet there was no confirmation, shipping update, or any form of communication during that period. What makes it even more frustrating is that once I sent the email, the shipping notification was suddenly sent just five minutes later, which strongly suggests the order hadn’t been processed until I chased it up. This level of communication and service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional."
